You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time without any cancellation fee. We offer this window to give you flexibility and peace of mind when planning your intercity travel.
If you need to cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled trip, a cancellation fee of AED 25 will apply. This fee covers administrative costs and the loss of seat allocation that could have been filled by other passengers. This policy applies to both shared and private bookings.
If you do not arrive at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, your booking will be marked as a no-show. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Our vehicles are reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute no-shows impact our ability to serve other customers.
Once your cancellation request is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
If you wish to change your pickup time, location, or destination, please contact us at least 6 hours before departure. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges depending on the distance or time adjustments. We will always inform you of any extra costs before confirming the modification.
In the rare event that we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, severe weather, or road closures, we will:

If an alternative is not possible, we will issue a full refund of your booking amount.
Our drivers strive to arrive at pickup points on time. However, traffic conditions on the Dubai-Abu Dhabi route may occasionally cause delays. If your driver is delayed by more than 30 minutes and you choose to cancel due to the delay, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule, subject to verification by our team.
